**TENDER COST ESTIMATOR JUNIOR**
Che, all’interno dell’Ufficio Gare, supporti il Tender Estimator Senior nelle fasi di:
- **Gara e acquisizione commesse** (analisi e valutazione della documentazione, analisi dei relativi CME e predisposizione delle relative stime/previsione dei costi);
- **Esecuzione lavori** (monitoraggio e aggiornamento analisi costi e supporto ad Uff. Acquisti e Controllo di Gestione).
Nello specifico, la Risorsa inserita curerà le seguenti attività:
In fase di gara e acquisizione commesse:
- Predispone e analizza técnicamente CM lavori;
- Esegue l’analisi dei costi delle forniture e delle lavorazioni;
- Redige e/o gestisce CME in base al tipo di commessa;
- Supporta l’Ufficio Gare nella predisposizione della documentazione economica di offerta;
- Produce reports e grafici sule previsioni di spesa e di incasso (cashflow) della commessa;
- Prepara e presenta il CME e l’offerta economica al team di lavoro o alla direzione;
- Con riferimento alla raccolta offerte e composizione delle analisi dei costi, gestisce i rapporti con i fornitori ed i sub-appaltatori e mantiene il dialogo.
In fase di esecuzione:
- Crea e mantiene aggiornato l’archivio delle analisi costi e dei contatti fornitori/subappaltatori;
- Mantiene contatti con lo staff assegnato al Progetto per aggiornare le analisi dei costi ed eventualmente supportarlo in fase di preparazione RdO per assegnazione nuove forniture o subappalti.
**Requisiti **
- Diploma o Laurea in discipline tecniche
- Programmi applicativi (Word; Excel; Power Point)
- Software di disegno tecnico (Autocad)
- Software di disegno 3D (Revit -gradite certificazioni in ambito BIM)
- Software di calcolo agli elementi finiti
- Sistema Gestionale (MS PROJECT; Primavera P6) - Inglese (gradita una seconda lingua straniera)
- Disponibilità a trasferte brevi, in Italia e all’estero.
Sono inoltre richieste capacità analitiche e di problem solving, attitudine al lavoro di squadra. Gradita provenienza dal settore edilizia.
