**DESCRIZIONE DELLA POSIZIONE E DELLE ATTIVITÀ**

Il Commercial and Business Development Director è responsabile dello sviluppo della strategia globale di vendita dei prodotti di medicina rigenerativa sviluppati, con particolare attenzione al prodotto di punta dell'Azienda. Ha l’incarico di individuare nuove opportunità commerciali, di business e di partnership; analizzare mercati target e modelli di canali distributivi, panorama competitivo e posizionamento dell'azienda. Contribuisce alla definizione della strategia aziendale e dei conseguenti programmi.

**Attività principali previste dal ruolo**:

- identificazione e sviluppo di opportunità di business
- analisi dello scenario competitivo e del posizionamento dell’azienda e dei suoi prodotti nel mercato
- creazione di piani operativi di crescita commerciale
- supervisione e coordinamento delle attività commerciali aziendali
- analisi dei prodotti in sviluppo clinico e identificazione dell’opportunità di mercato
- negoziazione e gestione dei contratti di vendita, in collaborazione con il team di medical service e customer operations
- contribuzione alla definizione del business model aziendale e allo sviluppo di business plan
- interazione con investitori e parti terze definendo business plan orientati allo sviluppo di modelli che prevedano una interazione con gli stessi
- stesura del budget della propria unità e monitoraggio nella sua gestione corrente, in base agli obiettivi stabiliti dalla Direzione
- stesura e monitoraggio del budget delle vendite, sempre in base agli obiettivi stabiliti dalla Direzione

**CANDIDATURA**

**Requirements**:
Il Commercial and Business Development Manager deve possedere:

- forti capacità di negoziazione e comunicative;
- spiccata propensione alle relazioni interdisciplinari;
- conoscenza della natura, strutture e processi tipici dell’organizzazione aziendale e del mercato in cui opera;
- forte orientamento al cliente;
- doti organizzative e di settaggio delle priorità;
- conoscenza del pacchetto Office e capacità d’uso di sistemi informativi aziendali;
- ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.

**Profilo**
- Laurea Magistrale ed alta formazione in discipline scientifiche.
- Solida e profonda competenza in area business development e commerciale.
- 5+ anni di esperienza professionale nel ruolo o in posizioni affini in ambito biotech.
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese.

Sono considerati titoli preferenziali: corsi di alta formazione (PhD, MBA, etc), precedenti impieghi nel settore industriale delle life-sciences, pregresse esperienze all’estero.
