Per importante azienda cliente della zona ricerchiamo un

**BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT**

dedicato al mercato Giapponese.

La figura selezionata lavorerà a stretto contatto con il Business Development Manager per il mantenimento e lo sviluppo delle relazioni con il mercato Giapponese in collaborazione con la struttura locale.

Nello specifico il ruolo prevede le seguenti macro attività:

- Analisi di mercato e dei competitor;
- Individuazione di nuovi progetti da sviluppare in collaborazione con il team Giapponese;
- Interfaccia costante con i partner per assicurare la maggior soddisfazione del cliente finale;
- Visite a clienti attivi e potenziali;
- Partecipazione a fiere di settore.

Il ruolo prevede frequenti viaggi in Giappone di durata variabile da qualche giorno a qualche settimana.

Si richiede:

- Laurea ad indirizzo linguistico o tecnico/economico;
- Preferibile esperienza di 2-3 anni in ambito commerciale/marketing;
- Buona padronanza della lingua Giapponese;
- Disponibilità a frequenti viaggi in Giappone;
- Attitudine alle relazioni ed al lavoro in team;
- Buone capacità organizzative e comunicative;
- Capacità gestionali;
- Propositività e curiosità;
- Buona conoscenza e passione per la cultura nipponica.
