- In this position you will support the Quality Manager in the maintenance of Quality Management System for the Italian and Maltese Affiliate, ensuring product quality with a focus on business-critical issues that may have an impact on license to operate and inspection readiness, including SOPs revision.- Furthermore, you will:
- Ensure the overview of local external requirements and support the relevant implementation in the Local Quality System.
- Provide support for training assignment and registration in Novo Nordisk system and archiving processes for business critical documents related to Quality.
- Manage Deviations and Change Requests related to Affiliate processes.
- Perform Quarter Quality Check on Customer Complaints cases and quality overview with Pharmacovigilance and Regulatory department.
- Guarantee the quality of the services provided by external partners by preparing Quality Agreement, reviewing repackaging documentation and calibration activities.
**Qualifications**
- To be successful for this position, you have a degree in Pharmacy, Health Science or any relevant field obtained within Italian country, supported with a min of 1-2 yrs of experience in QA activities, in pharmaceutical industry.- In addition, you have:
- Knowledge of Product Handling processes related to storage and distribution, and experience in validation activities would be considered a plus
- Excellent Communication and cooperation skills
- Creativity and curios mindset
- Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Analytical skills and problem solving.
- Good Knowledge of Office (Excel, Power Point).
