**CONTEXT**

Founded in 2008, Photosol is a photovoltaic independant power producer, specialized in large-scale ground-mounted power plants. Photosol has a portfolio in operation and under construction of nearly 900 MWp, consisting of some 60 plants, and a portfolio under development of 4.3 GWp. Since 2022, Photosol is part of Rubis group, a French energy company listed on Euronext Paris. Rubis specializes in fuel retail, liquefied gas, bitumen, and renewable electricity production across Europe, Africa, and the Caribbean, operating in over 40 countries.

As part of its international growth, Photosol group is currently building a all structure in Italy to achieve ambitious and exciting solar projects from land origination until the construction of photosoltaic plants. The Environmental
- GIS specialist - photovoltaic (F/M) is working closely with the Land manager and the development team to advise on environmental constraints and feasibility for the projects. He/ she uses GIS software to evaluate the feasibility of projects and identify suitable sites starting from applicable constraints mapping and all other inputs/layers potentially impacting the project feasibility.

The position is available as soon as possible.

**MAIN MISSIONS**
- Implementing relevant tools for environmental analysis;
- Developing maps for site evaluation using GIS software, including environmental constraints, grid, and other infrastructures;
- Integrate cadastral mapping with environment constraints;
- Developing methods and system to optimize the evaluation phases;
- Supporting the EPC team during topographic survey;
- Supervise external consultants appointed for executing environmental impact assessments alongside with the development department;
- Updating the datas regularly.

**COMPETENCES AND BACKGROUND**
- Technical skills on renewable energy projects;
- Environmental and permitting legislation applicable to photovoltaic projects;
- GIS system software;
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position;
- Engineering background preferably in environmental science and/ or geological studies;
- Comprehensive approach on projects.

**What we offe**r**:

- Permanent contract;
- Salary package up to profile;
- 10 euros meal voucher each working day ;
- Remote work : 2 days/ week.
