Il Ristorante Cracco Portofino, situato in uno dei luoghi più affascinanti della Riviera Ligure, è alla ricerca di un talentuoso e appassionato Chef de Rang per arricchire il suo team di professionisti dedicati alla creazione di esperienze gastronomiche straordinarie. Guidato dal celebre chef Carlo Cracco, il ristorante offre un ambiente elegante e una cucina raffinata che celebra la tradizione culinaria italiana con una moderna interpretazione.

**Posizione: Chef de Rang**

**Responsabilità**:

- Accogliere gli ospiti con cortesia ed eleganza, assicurando un servizio di alto livello.
- Collaborare con il team per garantire un'esperienza gastronomica impeccabile.
- Consigliare piatti e vini in modo informato e appassionato.
- Gestire ordinazioni, servizio dei piatti e delle bevande in maniera efficiente.
- Mantenere la pulizia e l'ordine nel proprio settore di lavoro.
- Fornire un servizio attento e personalizzato, anticipando e soddisfacendo le esigenze degli ospiti.

**Requisiti**:

- Esperienza pregressa in posizioni simili
- Eccellenti abilità comunicative e capacità di lavorare in team.
- Conoscenza approfondita della gastronomia italiana e internazionale.
- Attitudine orientata al cliente e al servizio di qualità.
- Capacità di gestire situazioni stressanti con professionalità.
- Conoscenza approfondita dei vini e delle tecniche di abbinamento.
