All’interno del team, il/la Chef De Rang coordinerà i commis the rang, assicurando un corretto ed eccellente servizio di ristorazione.

**Requisiti**:

- Possiede ottime doti organizzative, capacità di coordinamento e supervisione e ha una spiccata sensibilità per il dettaglio;
- Possiede capacità di gestione sino a 15/20 coperti;
- Ha un’ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Predisposizione alla cura dei dettagli e ottimo standing;
- Residenza e/o domicilio nelle zone limitrofe di Portofino
