Il Ristorante Cracco Portofino, gioiello culinario situato sulla splendida Riviera Ligure, è alla ricerca di un talentuoso Commis de Rang per integrare il nostro team dedicato alla creazione di esperienze gastronomiche uniche. Guidato dal celebre chef Carlo Cracco, il ristorante offre un ambiente raffinato e una cucina che celebra la tradizione italiana con un tocco moderno.

**Posizione: Commis de Rang**

**Responsabilità**:

- Accogliere gli ospiti con professionalità e cortesia.
- Assistere il personale di sala nelle attività quotidiane per garantire un servizio impeccabile.
- Preparare e allestire i tavoli in modo accurato, seguendo gli standard del ristorante.
- Collaborare con il team per garantire un'esperienza gastronomica straordinaria.
- Rispondere alle esigenze degli ospiti in modo tempestivo e cortese.
- Mantenere l'area di lavoro pulita e in ordine.

**Requisiti**:

- Esperienza precedente in ruoli simili o formazione nell'ambito della ristorazione.
- Attitudine al servizio clienti e capacità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico.
- Eccellenti abilità comunicative e spirito di squadra.
- Passione per la ristorazione e desiderio di apprendere e crescere professionalmente.
- Orientamento al dettaglio e capacità di gestire situazioni stressanti.
