**Main activities**
- Providing technical assistance telephone service to customers who contact the company for clarification on how to operate and use company product;
- Supporting customers regarding the operation and use of the company's products or services, identifying solutions and providing assistance to eliminate the causes of a failure or malfunction and to ensure correct operation;
- Manage return activities:

- Transfer the problems encountered to the company;
- Ensure the preparation of reports with the most frequent causes of a failure or malfunctioning;
- Prepare training on product use and service delivery;
- Prepare training material for product technical support courses;
- Instruct and update customers and the technical support team on the technical features and procedures for installing and repairing products.
