La **Business Unit Professional** è la divisione de gruppo che pone i professionisti (commercialisti, consulenti del lavoro) al centro della propria attività. L’obiettivo è quello di rendere l’esperienza di utilizzo dei nostri prodotti e servizi, per questo mercato, pervasiva nei processi operativi del cliente, e sempre più orientata verso lo scenario della digital transformation.
Come **Territory Manager**, avrai l’opportunità di guidare un team commerciale in un contesto di forte trasformazione.
Ti occuperai, nello specifico, di:

- governare la creazione e l’implementazione di un team commerciale, adeguando le strategie di vendita dei Sales Account agli standard, ai modelli e alle best practice di TeamSystem;
- valutare, formare e valorizzare le risorse e creare team di Sales che possano raggiungere i target dell’azienda;
- coordinare le attività di vendita del tuo gruppo, supportando le persone nelle fasi critiche e delicate del processo;
- costruire e mantenere un network per consolidare la conoscenza e i trends di mercato;
- collaborare con le altre funzioni aziendali in maniera proattiva al fine di alzare il livello di soddisfazione dei clienti.

**Hard Skills richieste**:

- Almeno 8/10 anni di esperienza in ruoli di sviluppo commerciale in ambito professionale o in contesti affini;
- Approfondita conoscenza dei processi di vendita e delle dinamiche di mercato;
**Soft Skills richieste**:

- Capacità di leadership, di guidare un gruppo in una direzione condivisa, con entusiasmo ed energia, stimolando la motivazione del team;
- Change management: gestisce efficacemente il cambiamento, progetta e ricerca soluzioni creative, è aperto ai contributi degli altri; ;
- Spiccata sensibilità commerciale, forte orientamento al risultato e attitudine al lavoro per obiettivi;
- Passione, ambizione, attenzione alla customer satisfaction, curiosità, ma soprattutto grande spirito di entrepreneurship;
