We are looking for a passionate **Product Marketing Manager (SaaS solutions)** **focused on Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions** **within the **E-Mobility** **of Enel X** that is capable of oversee the end to end lifecycle of e-mobility digital products roadmap, from inception to launch.
The role requires also a range of skills from market and customer research and ability to step in by improving the functional requirements of some products, with a primary oversight over B2B solutions.

**What you will do**:

- Support the overall coordination the End to End B2C/B2B/B2G e-Mobility Product Roadmap specifically on software enabled features, following the entire lifecycle of the digital products delivered to customers through Software as a Service model. Product development is performed in mixed waterfall and agile approach, designed with the primary purpose of enriching our customers’ life improving and expanding their e-mobility experience.
- Support timely requirements gathering and analyses from internal and external stakeholders in a global multicultural environment, in order to ensure release planning meeting targets of quality, time and budget and overall customers expectation, closely interacting with all Product Managers.
- Hold accountability of transferring Marketing Product Strategy into business/functional requirements to be shared with the Engineering teams for the B2B segment of Products Roadmap, particularly those related to B2B customers.
- Support Development team and coordination of the product architecture choices, as well as the design user interface development and user acceptance test phases, with a primary focus on the B2B section of the Products Roadmap.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team in refinement of the requirements in the mixed waterfall and agile product development environment.
- Gather market feedback, review the competitive landscape, and propose updates to Product Strategy also in light of continuous competitive assessment of features.
- Support pre-sales activities occasionally engaging with customers and gather user feedback to adjust the Products Roadmap (redefining priorities or fine tuning requirements across the board) in collaboration with Sales team.
- Working closely with all stakeholders (Marketing, Engineering, Sales) to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met and new features are timely delivered. This includes also being available to make training and presentations of our new services to Sales and Marketing people and customers.

**Who you are**:
Master’s degree in in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Management Engineering, Computer Sciences or equivalent with:

- 4+ years of experience in projects and / or products management related to IoT enabled businesses, that might include but not limited to e-mobility, automotive and utilities industry. A 8 years experience cap suggested for the position. MBA is considered a plus.
- Previous experience in e-mobility, automotive and utilities markets will be considered a puls.
- Previous experience in marketing of B2B tech / energy related solutions will be considered a plus.
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment, interacting with multiple departments and stakeholders, in a market oriented organization, is considered a plus.
- Excellent command of the Office Suite and of tools/methodologies for Project Management, such as use of Jira and Confluence tools for describing business/functional requirements.
- Fluent in Italian and English both speaking and writing.
- Exposure to IT/computer science also as academic background is considered a plus.
