Hunters Group, per conto di prestigiosa multinazionale del settore Energy, ricerca un/a Billing and Invoicing Analyst.

**Posizione**:
Questo ruolo di analista è all'interno del team Billing and Invoicing della funzione Middle and Back-Office.
- alla realizzazione di un sistema di fatturazione e gestione dei contratti efficace e tempestivo (compresa la gestione dei contratti);
- fatturazione e gestione dei contratti (inclusa la gestione dei pagamenti in sospeso e delle controversie con le controparti), assicurando la conformità con le norme di legge garantendo il rispetto delle normative e degli obblighi contrattuali.

I compiti principali sono i seguenti
- raccogliere tutti i dati rilevanti dai clienti (energia elettrica e gas) e dai consulenti di vendita, da inserire nelle piattaforme di fatturazione (uso di gas/carburante);
- raccogliere tutti i documenti rilevanti dai clienti relativi al trattamento delle accise (cogenerazione, eccezioni alle accise);
- garantire lo scambio di informazioni con terze parti in linea con i requisiti doganali/regionali;
- assicurare, su base mensile, la riconciliazione delle accise e creare report ad hoc per il consulente esterno per garantire tutti i dati per la Dichiarazione Annuale del Gas;
- interagire con i clienti per domande e reclami;
- assicurare il ciclo di fatturazione entro la fine del mese;
- assicurare un forte coordinamento con i team di Finanza, Vendite e Operations per facilitare il flusso di dati tra le diverse funzioni;
- fornire dati per il monitoraggio dell'accuratezza delle fatture (KPI).

**Requisiti**:
Competenze e requisiti
- 3+ anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi nei mercati dell'energia, preferibilmente maturata nel settore Power (elettricità);
- buona conoscenza delle regole del mercato energetico (gas ed energia);
- capacità di gestione di progetti, compresi i progetti IT;
- mentalità commerciale;
- buona attitudine al problem solving;
- dimostrare resilienza sotto pressione e un atteggiamento proattivo per superare gli ostacoli;
- conoscenza fluente dell'inglese e dell'italiano (MANDATORY).
