Hunters Group, per conto di prestigiosa multinazionale del settore Energy, ricerca un/a Head of middle & back office.

**Posizione**:
Obiettivo primario del nostro cliente è ridurre in modo significativo la propria impronta di carbonio e ha recentemente aumentato le proprie ambizioni di di essere un'azienda energetica a emissioni nette zero entro il 2050 o prima.

La risorsa avrà la supervisione delle attività di Middle e Back Office in Italia, composto dalle seguenti funzioni**: Contract Management; Business Analysis e Pricing; Billing & Invoicing.**

Riportando al GM Italia, la risorsa consentirà di intensificare la partecipazione del nostro cliente alla transizione energetica italiana con soluzioni cross-business con un approccio trasversale alle soluzioni di business e alle materie prime.

L'ufficio, composto da una decina di risorse a riporto, fornirà soluzioni alle aziende, agli hub e alle città per l'approvvigionamento delle materie prime energetiche.

Principali responsabilità:

- garantire una gestione efficace dei contratti fisici e finanziari B2B e OTC per i segmenti di riferimento (per le soluzioni commerciali nel settore dell'energia) e per segmenti mirati (per soluzioni commerciali nel settore del gas, del biogas, dell'energia, dell'energia rinnovabile, prodotti ambientali);
- definire i requisiti di set-up per l'eccellenza operativa e per la fornitura di soluzioni energetiche a più tipologie di clienti nel Paese, comprese le strategie di canale innovative (ad esempio, il digitale) e supervisionare la consegna di soluzioni energetiche a più tipologie di clienti nel Paese, e supervisionare la realizzazione dei miglioramenti della piattaforma IT.

Poiché il portafoglio clienti italiano è in evoluzione e in fase di trasformazione, questo ruolo dovrà garantire continuamente l'identificazione di nuove aree e nuovi strumenti per l'efficienza e la crescita, in collaborazione con tutte le funzioni aziendali coinvolte.

Il focus della risorsa sarà la crescita del business B2B in Italia, assicurando un solido set-up del ciclo di vita del deal, focalizzato su:

- Fornire un'efficace e tempestiva fatturazione e gestione dei contratti (inclusa la gestione dei pagamenti in sospeso e delle controversie con le controparti), assicurando la conformità alle normative e agli obblighi contrattuali;
- Definizione e implementazione dei processi di conferma, liquidazione e monitoraggio di operazioni non standard/strutturate in un'organizzazione a matrice;
- Definire una reportistica interna efficace e tempestiva in collaborazione con il dipartimento finanziario (ad esempio, attività di reporting mensile e trimestrale);
- Sviluppare una funzione di pricing e strutturazione orientata al cliente, che sarà l'elemento abilitante per le nuove proposte dei clienti, sfidando e approvando nuovi prodotti e operazioni non standard e approvare nuovi prodotti e offerte non standard;
L'ambizione è quella di garantire che il business B2B Italia diventi un'attività realmente scalabile per diventare partner energetico del primo quartile per il segmento commerciale e industriale.

**Requisiti**:
Competenze e requisiti
- Pluriennale esperienza nel settore dell'energia e del gas;
- Eccezionali capacità organizzative, con una rigorosa definizione delle priorità;
- Solida conoscenza della gestione del rischio e dell'esposizione alle commodity;
- Esperienza nel coordinamento di attività e team di middle e back-office;
- Pensiero strategico e visione per sviluppare l'eccellenza operativa;
- Dimostrazione di resilienza sotto pressione e atteggiamento proattivo per superare gli ostacoli;
- Comprensione approfondita dei driver dei clienti e degli approfondimenti normativi;
- Doti di leadership;
- Inglese e italiano fluenti.
