**Key Activities & Responsibilities**

Provides administrative support and assistance to the Group Head of Marketing and Brand Houses Managing Director and function members by:

- preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
- filing and retrieving documents and reference materials, conducting research, assembling and analyzing data to prepare reports and documents
- managing travel arrangements and filing expenses notes for the team
- arranging and coordinating meetings and events
- Maintaining calendar;
- Managing company correspondence;
- Managing personal deadlines;
- monitoring, respond to and distributing incoming communications, answering and managing incoming calls
- Checks external consultants’ expenses and hours invoiced to the company before approving invoices
- Keeps track of incoming invoices, interacting with external suppliers and internal accounting department regarding invoices, manages the formal approval of invoices and tracks invoices status through the online system Lucy

**Summary of Experience**
- usually at least 3 years experience providing support at the executive level
- proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
- knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures

**Education / Professional Qualifications**
- Bachelor or Master Degree
- English language knowledge
