**Introduction**
In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

**Your Role and Responsibilities**
In this role, you’ll work in our IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. These centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

As a Business Analyst, expert in Risk Management, you’ll participate in many aspects of the customer’s evaluation of Risks, related decisions and actions to maintain organizational trust across an ever-increasing risk landscape.

Your primary responsibilities include:

- limit organizational risk by increasing the effectiveness and overall productivity of risk;
- management, compliance, and audit teams;
- improve the ability to proactively maintain regulatory compliance, leading to reductions in regulatory fines and reputational protection;
- reduce the incidence of unplanned downtime, leading to improved end-user productivity.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Strong competencies about the Archer integrated risk management solution are a mandatory requirement
- Knowledge of IT Security Controls and Audits
- Good understanding of the business needs of an organization
- Experience as a senior Business Analyst in the area of Risk Management
- Ability to organize and structure project teams
- Ability to interact with the customer to provide regular updates about the work in progress
- Ability to produce high-quality documentation about solution design and audit tasks
- Intermediate knowledge of English language
- Good interpersonal and communication skills

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
In particular, are very appreciated:

- Certification in RSA Archer suite (e.g. RSA Archer Certified Associate, Specialist or Expert)
- Certification in project management (e.g. ITIL, Scrum Master)
- Experience working in an Agile Methodology

Availability to travel is an additional mandatory prerequisite.
