La HR Search, società specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di profili manageriali in campo alberghiero, ricerca per proprio cliente:
Account Payable per Hotel 5 stelle Golfo di Napoli (#8735)

La risorsa dovrà gestire tutto il ciclo passivo in collaborazione con il team di lavoro e di diretto riporto al Direttore Finanziario.

Responsabilità:

- Registrazione e controllo delle fatture d'acquisto merci e servizi da fornitori Italia/UE/Extra UE
- Supporto alla responsabile amministrativa nella tenuta e nel controllo della contabilità generale (ratei e risconti, fatture da ricevere/emettere, anticipi clienti/fornitori, controllo e monitoraggio delle partite aperte)
- Quadrature mensili partite aperte.

Si Richiede:

- Esperienza di almeno 1 o 2 anni nel ruolo
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (requisito fondamentale)
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office ed in particolare Excel
