Free Energia ricerca, per la propria sede di Roma, un QUALITY MANAGER a diretto riporto della Direzione la persona selezionata gestirà il Sistema di Qualità Aziendale, seguendo le linee fornitegli dalla Direzione Generale e in conformità alle normative nazionali e internazionali e agli standard di settore.
In particolare, si occuperà di:
- Garantire la conformità agli attuali standard di qualità e di promuovere una cultura di Qualità interna all’azienda;
- Concordare gli interventi di miglioramento con la Direzione e con tutte le funzioni interessate;
- Partecipare ad audit interni o esterni garantendo il rispetto del programma, l’attuazione di azioni preventive e correttive e il loro follow-up;
- Definire le policy in materia di sistemi di gestione qualità, ambiente, energia e sicurezza
- Mantenere, migliorare e aggiornare i tools aziendali per registrare, monitorare e valutare le problematiche relative alla qualità;
- Laurea in discipline tecniche preferibilmente in Ingegneria
- Indispensabile esperienza pregressa nel ruolo almeno 5 anni
- Conoscenza dei principi e della normativa in relazione alle principali Certificazioni Qualità. A titolo di esempio: UNI ISO 9001, UNI ISO 14001 e UNI ISO 1090
- Costituisce requisito preferenziale la conoscenza della normativa per la certificazione UNI CEI 11352 (ESCo)
- Gestione del team, capacità decisionale, capacità relazionali con clienti e fornitori
- Buona conoscenza dei principali applicativi del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel
- Costituisce requisito preferenziale esperienza maturata nel settore energetico
- Soft Skills_
- Completano il profilo ottime capacità relazionali,
- team working,
- buone capacità organizzative, proattività, problem solving.
