Il nostro cliente - un'azienda globale di prodotti e tecnologie in campo medico che offre soluzioni per la gestione delle patologie croniche e che è diventata un leader di mercato nella terapia avanzata delle ferite, nella gestione delle stomie, della continenza e dei prodotti di area critica e da infusione - ci ha commissionato, per ampliamento del proprio organico nella sede Italiana di Roma, la ricerca e selezione di:

- N° 1 Territory Manager

Descrizione del Ruolo:
La risorsa in entrata sarà il Responsabile Territoriale che si occuperà di vendere soluzioni mediche specializzate (in ambito di malattie croniche), riportando direttamente al Direttore Commerciale. La risorsa seguirà tutto il processo Commerciale nel campo sanitario e si occuperà della gestione delle dinamiche del processo di appalto dei dispositivi medici (prodotti legati alla continenza) e dei modelli di distribuzione sia negli Ospedali in Terapia Intensivi che nei privati (Assistenze Domiciliari, Coinvolgimento degli operatori sanitari). Inoltre si occuperà di tenere presentazioni, partecipare ad eventi di networking e a fiere di settore.

Obbiettivo del Ruolo:

- Rappresentare l'azienda in tutte le sue attività di business
- Massimizzare le prestazioni Commerciali stabilendo solide relazioni
- Soddisfare le vendite mensili, trimestrali ed annuali
- Eseguire ricerche di mercato massive

Requisiti Generali e Specifici Richiesti:

- Laurea Triennale/ Magistrale
- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nella mansione, maturata preferibilmente in ambienti Sanitari (Settore Ospedaliero/Comunitario)
- Ottima conoscenza ed utilizzo del Pacchetto office (in particolare Power Point ed Excel)
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (C1)
- Ottima conoscenza l'iter delle gare e le dinamiche dei modelli distributivi del proprio territorio (farmacie, grossisti etc...)
- Disponibilità a trasferte e visite presso clienti (80% del tempo)

- Tipologia contrattuale offerta: assunzione diretta con azienda cliente. Tempo Indeterminato. Previsti Benefit.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo indeterminato

Stipendio: a partire da €42,00 all'anno

Orario:

- Dal lunedì al venerdì
