Customer Experience Consultant

As Customer Experience Consultant, you will support our Automotive partner in a strategic program to move the experience of its customers a step further.
**What will you do on a daily basis?**
- Be accountable for Ownership Experience performance metrics, ensuring KPIs are achieved or exceeded
- Interface with different stakeholders from different disciplines, from diverse backgrounds and levels, while executing high-quality strategies
- Facilitate workshops and lead meetings with Leadership and Frontline employees to ensure transparency between department
- Strong partnership with NSC teams to prioritize CX improvement opportunities
- Support the dealers to be ready to assist Electric Vehicles customers and implement processes to ease the ownership of the customers
**Who are you?**
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with great coaching and leadership skills. Our ideal Customer Experience Consultant has:
- At least 3 years of experience in driving operational business influencing customer experience and CX performance improvements in the automotive industry, or Coaching or consulting/training background in dealer CX programs, sales/service operations and ownership experiences (automotive experience is preferable)
- Full Italian proficiency and fluent level of English
- Computer literacy, especially MS Office
- Experience of managing people and teams
- Experience in organisational change management
- Highly analytical and data driven
- Proactive, assertive and “can-do” attitude
**Your working pattern**
- Field throughout Center or North of Italy
- Monday - Friday
- 40 hours per week
