Job Scope
YOUR MISSION

The position oversees daily staffing operations and offers assistance to staff and managers inside the Italian Industrial Operations & Staff area in the performance of their duties as needed.

Moreover, provides transversal support to the HR Senior Manager Italy in all HR related activities, such as recruiting, training, development processes, labor law, document drafting and reporting.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS

**Responsibilities**:
**Main responsibilities**:

- Support to Managers in all personnel and labour law issues;
- Advice for employees on all personnel-relevant topics;
- Qualified support in managing the relationship with local Work Council, including agreements drafting;
- Support in the determination of training and development needs in cooperation with the departments and according to the requirements of HR Local and HR Corporate;
- Responsibility for the maintenance and monitoring of headcounts, Organizational Charts, HR databases, non-financial data as well as job descriptions and KPIs (e.g. absenteeism, overtime, vacations).
- Cooperation with internal and external interfaces (e.g. works council, educational institutions, associations, consultants)
- Qualified support in the recruitment process, both in sourcing and in interviewing
- Recurring reporting activities for HR Local and Corporate;
- Daily interaction with the internal HR administration office;
- Special tasks/projects on a case-by-case basis;
- Other tasks that are reasonable within the scope of the qualification.

**Education**:

- Master’s Degree in Human Resources, law, political sciences, psychology or business administration

**Experience**:

- Ideally 1-2 years of generalist experience in human resources, better if in production or logistics environments.
- Familiarity with international environments acquired either during Academic Studies (eg. Erasmus) or working experience will constitute preferential title

**Technical Competencies**:

- Familiarity of Italian labour law
- Ability in partnering with industrial stakeholders
- Basic knowledge of all main HR processes
- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office (mainly Excel and PowerPoint), SAP (HR Module) would be an advantage

**Languages**:

- High Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential (Minimum Level B2). Possess of any official language certification is highly appreciated.
- Knowledge of one additional language would constitute preferential title

**Additional Information**:

- Please note that the role is based in Saluggia (VC), which cannot be reached with public means of transportation.
- Interviews will be held partially in English language
