Per i nostri uffici di **Peschiera Borromeo **, siamo alla ricerca di due Customer Relations & Reservations Agents da inserire con orario full time o part-time 20h/settimana per i nostri Brands Amico Blu e Morini.

**Principali mansioni**:

- Gestione prenotazioni
- Supporto al cliente via telefono, mail, chat
- Supporto alle filiali nella gestione pratiche: contrattualistica, rimborsi, preventivi, note di credito, cambio intestazione, fatture
- Aggiornamento e invio documentazione sulle disponibilità dei veicoli
- Gestione reclami/contestazioni inviate dal cliente

**Chi stiamo cercando**:

- Esperienza pregressa di almeno un anno nel settore customer service
- Capacità organizzative, problem solving, gestione dello stress, affidabilità e capacità relazionali
- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni di 20 o 40 ore settimanali (i nostri uffici sono aperti dal lunedì al venerdì dalle 8 alle 20 e il sabato dalle 8 alle 19)
