**About the Role**
Cerchiamo un professionista qualificato nel campo dell'automazione industriale (macchine di stampa digitali per ceramica), da inserire nel nostro team di assistenza técnica.
In questo ruolo chiave, sarai responsabile di fornire supporto tecnico, garantire il servizio di soddisfazione del cliente e assistenza técnica ai nostri clienti.

Attività specifiche:

- Procedere con l'installazione, la fase di avviamento ed il collaudo della macchina
- Affrontare e risolvere problemi tecnici complessi affrontati dai clienti, garantendo una risoluzione tempestiva e soddisfacente
- Collaborare con team interfunzionali per identificare, individuare e risolvere problemi tecnici
- Sviluppare e implementare le migliori pratiche e procedure operative standard per migliorare l'efficienza e l'esperienza del cliente
- Favorire un ambiente di lavoro positivo e collaborativo, favorendo il lavoro di squadra e la crescita professionale all'interno del team.

**What You Need to Be Successful**
Sono essenziali proattività e ottime capacità di comunicazione verso il cliente, il team interno ed i vari stakeholders.

Requisiti richiesti:

- Diploma in ambito tecnico con specializzazione meccanica/elettrica/elettronica
- Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nell'ambito dell'assistenza técnica su macchine di stampa digitale nel settore ceramico
- Eccellenti capacità di problem solving, per affrontare questioni tecniche complesse e trovare soluzioni efficaci
- Comprovata capacità di lavorare sotto pressione e di rispettare scadenze ravvicinate senza compromettere la qualità.
- Disponibilità a trasferte internazionali
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
