E-Commerce Merchandising Analyst

**JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES**:

- Analyze sales data and web analytics to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Work with cross-functional teams to optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotions
- Collaborate with Marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and promotions
- Analyze competitor data and market trends to inform strategic decision making
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance and inform Business decisions
- Maintain records of the Promotions Calendar and deliver deep-dives
- Monitor and analyze sales and traffic data to identify opportunities for revenue growth

**TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience in ecommerce merchandising and/or digital analytics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Highly structured and organized approach to problem-solving
- Proficient in Excel and experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of Merchandising is a plus
