**Responsabilità**:
Lionard annualmente chiude transazioni di immobili di pregio di gran valore. Poiché i clienti effettuano lavori di ristrutturazione da decine di milioni l’anno, chiedendo di essere guidati per la selezione dei migliori professionisti sul mercato, l'azienda ricerca un/una **Construction and Project Manager **responsabile della corretta interpretazione e gestione dei contratti di post vendita, incaricato di curare il rapporto con i clienti e i fornitori scelti. Sede di lavoro Firenze (sporadiche e giornaliere le trasferte sul territorio italiano).**
- Identificare i bisogni dei clienti a partire della fase pre-acquisto fino alla gestione dei Gantt di progetto, affiancando gli Advisor di riferimento, fornendo indicazioni sulla natura e i costi di possibili interventi;
- Fornire assistenza, supporto e orientamento ai clienti con riferimento alle questioni contrattualistiche (avanzamento contrattuale, riserve, contenzioso, etc.) con i fornitori implicati;
- Contribuire all’identificazione dei migliori fornitori sul mercato, capaci di soddisfare i bisogni del cliente;
- Svolgere il ruolo di intermediario tra cliente e fornitori, in termini di negoziazione contrattuale, prezzi, qualità;
- Monitorare costantemente i programmi dei lavori con specifica attenzione al rispetto dei tempi concordati e dei costi stimati;
- Gestire i contratti, assicurando il supporto per la corretta interpretazione e implementazione degli adempimenti amministrativi e contrattuali, garantendo l’ottemperanza ai requisiti contrattuali specifici del progetto;
- Curare i rapporti con i legali e i professionisti incaricati, coinvolti nei progetti;
- Gestire il rapporto con il cliente curando il flusso della relativa corrispondenza;
- Elaborare e negoziare le richieste di claims, inserendo anche i dettagli dei costi addizionali;
- Gestire le problematiche contrattuali sia con il cliente che con gli affidatari per l’esecuzione dei diversi capitolati contrattualizzati;
- Agire da referente interno per quanto riguarda i lavori associati alle ristrutturazioni degli immobili ove necessari per portarli allo standard atteso dal cliente e contrattualmente definito;
- Collaborare alla redazione e all’aggiornamento delle reportistiche previste.

**Requisiti**:
La risorsa possiede i seguenti requisiti:

- Laurea in Architettura, Ingegneria Civile o equivalente;
- Esperienza di almeno 10 anni in un ruolo analogo e in un contesto di costruzione di opere infrastrutturali in Italia; verrà data precedenza a figure che abbiano ricoperto ruoli simili in aziende come Webuild, Pizzarotti, Spagnoli Edilizia, Castaldi Ristrutturazioni, Nigro Costruzioni, Colombo Costruzioni, Setten Genesio, Costruzioni Generali Gilardi, Ediltecno Restauri, Smv Costruzioni, Cev e Tiemme Costruzioni Edili;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (sia orale che scritta, almeno C1), oltre all’italiano.

- Disponibilità a spostarsi su tutta Italia;
- Ottima capacità di gestire i rapporti interpersonali e capacità di sostenere la propria opinione in modo deciso e positivo, con spiccata attitudine commerciale;
- Perfetta conoscenza di tutti gli aspetti del processo contrattualistico e relativa conoscenza lavorativa;
- Capacità di coordinamento di team strutturati;
- Perfetta comprensione e conoscenza lavorativa del processo costruttivo di progetti infrastrutturali complessi;
- Comprensione dei rischi commerciali e capacità di gestire il processo di revisione dei rischi progettuali e le relative verifiche in merito;
- Buona capacità di comunicazione, di scrittura e di negoziazione.
