**Finance and Insurance Manager**

La figura ricercata dovrà aver maturato una consistente esperienza nel settore automotive e dovrà avere una profonda conoscenza del processo di finanziamento e dei programmi aggiuntivi disponibili. La sua principale responsabilità sarà garantire che i clienti ottengano la migliore formula di acquisto disponibile.

Le attività di competenza della figura in oggetto sono:

- Offrire consulenza ai clienti per spiegare e consigliare opzioni di finanziamento, garanzie estese, prodotti aftermarket e altre opzioni
- Trovare tariffe competitive per incoraggiare i clienti ad acquistare veicoli
- Elaborazione delle richieste di finanziamento del veicolo e assistenza ai clienti per ottenere l'approvazione
- Verifica che tutti i documenti siano stati completati correttamente e archiviati correttamente
- Mantenere solide relazioni con gli istituti di credito per avere molte opzioni di programma e tariffe competitive
- Formazione del team di vendita sui finanziamenti disponibili e sui programmi per garantire che li promuovano presso i clienti
