Group HR Planning and Controlling Manager

The challenge

An exciting opportunity has arisen to contribute to the Finance Team at Haier Europe. We are looking for an individual who demonstrates the core values of the Haier’s attitude: entrepreneurship and innovation, zero distance to consumers and IoT & Ecosystem thinking. A true change agent with an agile approach thriving for idea contamination and with a hyper-collaborative approach that breaks silos and creates an open ecosystem.

What you will do
- set-up and conduct workforce analytics for HQ and for the countries (actuals, forecasts, budget, 5 years plan and variance analysis) as well as provide - with the IT systems support - relevant analysis, insights and key data;
- deliver punctual and precise labor cost analysis;
- HR budget construction and monitoring;
- HR numerical dashboard and HC review process;
- lead European forecasting processes and systems, managing compilation of periodic reports and analysis;
- provide support to compile financial statements and maintain the relationship with external auditors.

What you need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or related field.
- About 8/10 years’ experience in the same or similar role, gained in a structured and multinational manufacturing Company.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to see the issues behind the numbers.
- Ability to work both projects and deadlines oriented and to think strategically.
- Strong IT skills; the knowledge of SAP, Workday and Infobudget will be considered a plus.
- Familiar with budgeting, metric tracking, reporting and feedback processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage large amounts of data and personnel on a tight schedule.
- Excellent knowledge of English
