For our European HQ, based in Brugherio (MB), we are looking for an HR Administration Manager

What you will do- Supervision of tax, insurance and social security obligations in compliance with labor law, tax, social security, CCNL regulations and company policies- Supervision of the payroll processing process (entrusted to an external provider) in compliance with social security, tax and national and second-level collective agreement regulations- Management of the Italian mobility from the administration side, social security, labor law and compliance practices for staff on secondment abroad and/or at the Italian head office (with the support of external providers) to ensure compliance with immigration, tax, social security and regulatory requirements- Supervision of the activities related to the establishment, transformation and termination of the employment relationship in compliance with legislation, the provisions of national collective agreements and company procedures- Updating and interpreting labor, social security and tax legislation- Management of relations with social security, welfare and insurance institutions- Supervision of the implementation of internal company regulations- Preparation of periodical reports for HR management and HR business partners- Monthly and quarterly management of accruals for severance pay, additional monthly payments and vacations;- Be the administrator for the e-signature tool DocuSign and manage all the required accounts at Haier Europe level.

He/she will also be the point of reference for the Senior Manager in charge of the HR function, for the Auditors, for internal clients and external providers about the topics of competence

What you need to succeed-
- Knowledge of the Workday management system will be an advantage.- High school diploma- Knowledge of the English language is required.- A propensity for digitalization/simplification/continuous process improvement, an entrepreneurial spirit, a strong propensity to work in a team, excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills and flexibility.
