Would you like to help Italian and international companies, mainly in Retail industry, in designing and implementing their internal company processes? This opportunity is for you

We are looking for a new colleague to join our Consumer Goods and Retail team as **Intern**.

You will be based in our office in **Milan**, with a hybrid way of working.

**What will you do?**:

- You will join a growing, friendly, and compelling team focused on Consumer Goods and Retail projects.
- You will be guided and mentored by more senior professionals that will take care of your professional growth.
- You will be able to understand real business requirements and identify the best solution to achieve the expected outcome.
- You will achieve strong knowledge on advisory consulting approach and methodologies, obtain a robust quantitative mindset and decision-making approach.
- You will participate in project meetings with Clients.
- You will support in the preparation of quantitative analyses.
- You will carry out business process reengineering activities, i.e. functional analysis on retail processes.
- You will support in the drafting of the main project deliverables; for example: identification of a target operating model; definition of functional requirements; definition of an evolutionary road map.

**Whom are we looking for?**:

- You have successfully completed (or are about to complete) a Master’s Degree in Management Engineering, Economics or similar fields.
- You are interested in a career path within an international and global consulting firm, with a strong passion on Consumer Goods and Retail, Fashion industry and interest in the Supply Chain Management processes and related digital and technological solutions.
- You have good communication and team-working skills.
- You have a quantitative mindset and analytical approach.
- ** You are able to communicate both in **Italian and English** at all levels of the Organization (other European languages will be considered as a plus).
