**Posizione**:
Per un'Azienda Metalmeccanica con sede a Milano Sud e 2 plant produttivi in Europa, ricerchiamo un/una **Operations Manager**.

Riportando alla Direzione Generale e coordinando circa 30 collaboratori, si occuperà di governare le Operations al fine di garantire l’ottimizzazione dei **flussi logistici**, l’efficientamento delle **linee produttive** e degli **approvvigionamenti**, il controllo dei **magazzini **e la miglior gestione del **personale** adibito alle suddette funzioni.

Coordinerà i diversi settori aziendali per migliorarne la collocazione delle risorse, la comunicazione interna ed il workflow.

Analizzerà sistematicamente gli** indicatori di performance** per garantire il miglior **livello di servizio** possibile ed interverrà, laddove necessario, per risolvere eventuali problemi all’interno della catena di produzione del valore.

Chiamato a rispondere del raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali, disegnerà **piani strategici** per migliorare continuamente i **processi aziendali**, avendo l’obiettivo di **aumentare l’efficienza e ridurre i costi**.

In continuità con quanto fatto dall’Azienda negli anni più recenti, si farà promotore dei principi della **Lean Production**, con l’obiettivo di massimizzare le performance produttive e ponendo sempre grande attenzione al coinvolgimento ed alla condivisione con i collaboratori, a tutti i livelli.

**Requisiti**:

- Possesso di Laurea in Ingegneria o cultura equivalente derivante da un’importante esperienza nelle Operations di un’azienda manifatturiera strutturata
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in un ruolo a coordinamento di Operations/Supply Chain
- Conoscenza dei principi di Lean production e Kaizen
- Capacità di organizzare e gestire le persone, di avere sempre ben chiara la visione d’insieme. Approccio strategico e forte leadership saranno indispensabili per prendere decisioni importanti che possano accompagnare l’azienda verso il miglioramento continuo, di cui dovrà essere il promotore
