**Job Description**:

- Our Mission_

We are currently looking for an _Industrial Controlling Manager_ who will join our dynamic Finance team based in Milan. As the Industrial Controlling Manager you will report to the _Chief Financial Officer_ and you will play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing processes, ensuring cost efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards across our production facilities.
- How you will contribute_- Manage financials of 2 production sites (Milan, Valenza)- Control monthly production costs (labor, activity rate, overheads)- Prepare the budget- Monitor and optimize product costing by providing financial guidance to sourcing, planning and manufacturing departments- Monitor margins vs target- Monitor inventory level- Set up the industrial control framework- Prepare ad hoc analysis to support management in manufacturing/sourcing decisions- Manage a team of one controller
- Qualifications and competencies_- Bachelor’s degree in Economy/Business Administration or Engineering- 8 years of experience in finance department, industrial controlling role in a manufacturing company is a must- Strong command of Information Systems, knowledge of Stealth is a plus Strong communication skills- Excellent problem solving skills- Rigorous and organized- Able to work independently- Fluent in English
