**Posizione**:
**Responsabilità del ruolo**
- Assicurare, attraverso la supervisione delle strutture dipendente, il raggiungimento dei piani di produzione dei propri reparti nel rispetto delle GMP, delle procedure, degli standard di qualità aziendali, dei vincoli di budget assegnati e della assoluta confidenzialità dei processi produttivi dei clienti nei confronti degli altri clienti.
- Supportare il proprio responsabile nella formulazione del budget della produzione in termini di costi fissi, costi variabili ed investimenti.
- Supervisionare, per i reparti di competenza, la collaborare con la funzione Business nella fase di recepimento dei processi produttivi del cliente al fine di assicurare una corretta quantificazione dei costi relativi ai nuovi contratti in acquisizione, e con lo Sviluppo Formulativo nelle fasi di messa a punto e scale up dei processi.
- Assicurare il miglioramento continuo delle strutture di produzione dipendenti, attraverso la proposta di azioni di miglioramento relative al layout degli impianti produttivi e alla flessibilità degli impianti, all’adeguamento alle Current GMP e alla ottimizzazione dei costi.
- Assicurare il rispetto degli standard di qualità aziendali, attraverso l’approvazione delle procedure relative alla produzione per le aree di competenza, il coordinamento del personale dipendente relativamente alla vigilanza sull’applicazione delle procedure, nel rispetto delle politiche e delle procedure aziendali.
- Supportare la funzione Technical Services nella manutenzione degli impianti produttivi assicurando la messa a disposizione degli impianti nei tempi concordati, l’esercizio degli stessi nel rispetto delle procedure e la partecipazione alle azioni idonee a risolvere i problemi tecnici rilevati.
- Assicurare, anche attraverso il coinvolgimento dei Capi Reparto, il coordinamento e il controllo delle strutture dipendenti, garantendone altresì l’adeguata preparazione técnica.

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in discipline tecnico scientifiche
- Solida esperienza pregressa nella gestione di Reparti Sterili
