EFI Reggiani Macchine Spa, azienda metalmeccanica specializzata nella produzione di macchinari per la stampa tessile, è alla ricerca di un Production Planner da inserire nel proprio Plant sito a Comun Nuovo (BG).

**Principali attività/responsabilità**:

- Pianificare i processi produttivi necessari a garantire l’intero ciclo di produzione.
- Pianificare e organizzare le attività dei reparti di produzione.
- Preparare le distinte base al fine di rispettare il programma di produzione definendone le priorità in collaborazione con l’ufficio acquisti.
- Utilizzare SAP per monitorare le scorte dei materiali a magazzino e preparare i documenti necessari alla spedizione.
- Seguire il programma di pianificazione per stabilire la sequenza e la frequenza di ogni operazione in modo da rispettare le tempistiche di consegna del prodotto in base alle previsioni di vendita o all'ordine del cliente.
- Essere responsabile dell'elaborazione degli ordini di modifica técnica e del rispetto dell'elenco delle attività programmate, aggiornando gli ordini di lavoro e l'anagráfica dei materiali per evitare scorte eccessive e obsolete.
- Confrontarsi con i responsabili di reparto per determinare lo stato di avanzamento dei progetti assegnati.
- Supervisionare la correttezza e la completezza dei dati inseriti in SAP.
- Partecipare a riunioni periodiche con i responsabili di produzione per definire i fabbisogni.

**Requisiti**
- Laurea/diploma ad indirizzo tecnico/meccanico
- Almeno 2 anni di esperienza in ruolo analogo
- Conoscenza del modulo SAP PP e software PDM (Agile, Matrix, ecc.)
- Conoscenza di Microsoft Office con abilità avanzata in Excel
- Buona conoscenza lingua inglese
- Capacità di interfacciarsi con le diverse funzioni aziendali
- Orientamento al risultato e problem-solving

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo indeterminato
