**Posizione**:
La figura di **Retail Operations Intern** **sarà inserita all’interno dell’area retail operations ed entrerà a far parte di un team affiatato e dinamico di professionisti con un’ampia possibilità di imparare, in un contesto fortemente orientato al retail.

In particolare, supporterà operativamente il retail Operations Manager nelle seguenti attività:

- sviluppare tutte le attività di retail operations, aiutando a fornire supporto e soluzioni per garantire l'efficienza operativa;
- definire, comunicare, implementare e monitorare una varietà di processi, procedure e calendari in collaborazione con le funzioni aziendali;
- facilitare e distribuire le iniziative/attività aziendali a livello di store, nonché fungere da filtro tra le funzioni aziendali;
- monitorare gli obiettivi ed il follow-up di qualsiasi attività, sia essa ricorrente o meno;
- predisposizione ed invio della reportistica settimanale e mensile ed analisi ad hoc;
- follow up delle iniziative mensili (calendario, touch base, ecc.)
- progetti speciali assegnati dal Retail Operations Manager;
- monitoraggio delle richieste clienti: check giornaliero e relativa registrazione nel gestionale;
- supporto nell'analisi dello stock centrale (es. divisione per look e scala cromatica);
- analisi dei principali KPI Retail (traffico clienti, anomalie di Vendita, omaggi effettuati).

**Requisiti**:
Il/La Candidato/a ideale:

- possiede una buona padronanza pacchetto office;
- ottimo utilizzo di Excel e PowerPoint;
- buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- preferibile una esperienza pregressa anche di stage in ambito retail operations.

- precisione, affidabilità e determinazione;
- capacità di project management;
- orientamento ai risultati e attitudine al problem-solving;
- capacità di lavorare anche in autonomia;
- ottime doti relazionali;
- capacità di lavorare in team e relazionarsi con consulenti esterni.
