Descrizione:
La funzione Global Commercial Support gestisce commercialmente i PoC delle tecnologie di suo possesso sia con partner che con clienti; gestisce inoltre il programma “Cocreation” al fine di individuare e creare nuove use case in collaborazione con partner tecnologici e società nel campo della distribuzione elettrica.

In tale contesto la figura ricercata supporterà il program manager nelle seguenti attività- Definizione e controllo uso del budget allocato al programma
- Supervisione dei singoli programmi per garantire rispetto tempistiche e costi
- Interazioni con unità tecniche al fine di creare road map di sviluppi e previsioni costi
- Garantire il mantenimento aggiornato dei database clienti, sviluppi dedicati e stato del programma
- Monitoraggio e analisi dati per reportistica verso management
- Supporto nella gestione di PoC

Requisiti:
Conoscenze tecnico-professionali Capacità di gestire e strutturare interazioni con clienti di grandi dimensioni. Capacità di gestire e strutturare interazione con partner istituzionali (università, enti di ricerca, authority, organizzazioni internazionali) Capacità di gestire e preparare budget Capacità di reportistica Conoscenza avanzata del pacchetto MS Office. Verrà considerato un plus la conoscenza delle problematiche tecniche e/o economiche relative alle reti di distribuzione elettrica Verrà considerato un plus la conoscenza del mercato elettrico (nazionale e/o internazionale) Soft skills Etica della responsabilità personale Organizzazione e pianificazione Orientamento al cliente Approccio collaborativo e aperto al lavoro con capacità di adattamento, resilienza e risposta rapida e indipendente Capacità analitiche e di gestione Orientamento al problem solving Capacità di stabilire relazioni aperte e competenti con colleghi e clienti Flessibilità e capacità di lavorare in team multiculturali
