**Su cosa lavorerai**

Cerchiamo una persona da inserire nel ruolo di esperto di piattaforma IoT con una forte passione per le tecnologie sostenibili e il fotovoltaico; guiderà l'integrazione di sistemi complessi, collaborerà con fornitori chiave e si interfaccerà con le diverse funzioni aziendali per tradurre le esigenze di business in soluzioni tecnologiche innovative.

Le principali attività saranno le seguenti:

- **Gestione Relazioni con Fornitori Chiave**: stabilire e curare relazioni strategiche con fornitori principali per facilitare l'integrazione di dati critici nella piattaforma IoT aziendale, assicurando la continuità e l'efficacia dei flussi informativi
- **Collaborazione Funzionale Interdipartimentale**: interfacciarsi con le principali funzioni aziendali (vendite, customer experience, servizi ai clienti, marketing,... ) per tradurre le esigenze di business in specifiche tecniche di sviluppo e soluzioni di integrazione, priorizzando le attività in base al budget e agli obiettivi aziendali
- **Coordinamento tra Stakeholders e Team di Sviluppo**: fungere da collegamento tra stakeholders tecnici e il team di sviluppo IoT, definendo requisiti di integrazione precisi e attuabili, e gestire l'intero ciclo di vita del rilascio/evolutiva software (dalla raccolta dei requisiti al deployment in produzione)
- **Gestione Sviluppo e Evoluzione Piattaforma IoT**: supervisionare le attività di sviluppo ed evoluzione della piattaforma IoT, inclusa la reportistica e il monitoraggio su Jira, adottando metodologie progettuali ibride (waterfall/agile). Curare la redazione di documentazione técnica di alta qualità che documenti gli sviluppi e le evoluzioni della piattaforma.
- **Monitoraggio e Manutenzione Operativa**: Garantire l'operatività efficiente della piattaforma IoT attraverso un monitoraggio costante, segnalando tempestivamente eventuali anomalie al fornitore della piattaforma e assicurando la risoluzione dei problemi riscontrati
- **Supervisione Integrazioni Sistemiche**: Guidare il disegno delle integrazioni della piattaforma IoT con altri sistemi software aziendali, contribuendo alla creazione di un ecosistema digitale aziendale integrato e funzionale
- Esperienza comprovata nella gestione di piattaforme IoT nel settore Greentech o fotovoltaico
- Conoscenza delle metodologie di project management ibrido (waterfall/agile) e familiarità con strumenti come Jira
- Abilità nella gestione di relazioni con fornitori e team cross-funzionali
- Capacità analitica, di problem solving e di gestione progetti complessi
- Eccellenti competenze comunicative e di leadership
