**Il tuo Contributo**:

- Monitoraggio delle operazioni notturne: supervisiona e gestisci tutti gli aspetti dei nostri servizi di mobilità durante il turno notturno, assicurandoti che funzionino in modo efficiente e sicuro.
- Risposta alle emergenze: agisci come punto di contatto per eventuali emergenze e/o incidenti notturni, coordinando le risposte e comunicando con i team appropriati.
- Garanzia di qualità: esegui regolari controlli e ispezioni di qualità per garantire che i programmi vengano rispettati e le richieste gestite.
- Analisi dei dati: analizza i dati e le metriche delle prestazioni per identificare tendenze, aree di miglioramento e opportunità per migliorare le operazioni notturne.
- Comunicazione: mantieni una comunicazione chiara ed efficace con clienti e fornitori. Assicurati che la linea di servizio sia in ordine per essere consegnata al turno del mattino al fine di garantire un flusso di lavoro coeso e collaborativo.
- Problem Solving: Rispondi rapidamente e risolvi qualsiasi sfida o problema operativo che si presenti durante il turno di notte.

**Come avrai successo**:

- Un’esperienza pregressa di 1-2 anni in operations, logística e/o ambito affine è preferibile ma non obbligatoria.
- Capacità di comunicare in italiano e in inglese (richiesto livello B2).
- Volontà di lavorare nei turni di notte e adattarsi a un orario di lavoro non tradizionale.
- La familiarità con i servizi di mobilità o trasporto è un plus.
- Forti capacità di problem solving e capacità di prendere decisioni efficaci sotto pressione.
- Eccellenti capacità comunicative e attitudine al lavoro di squadra.
- Capacità di lavorare in modo indipendente e prendere iniziative autonomamente.
- Forte orientamento ai dettagli con l'obiettivo di fornire un servizio clienti di alta qualità.
- Sentirsi a proprio agio nel lavorare in un ambiente dinamico.

**Nota bene: questo è un ruolo ON-SITE (full presenza) e su TURNO NOTTURNO (23:00 - 07:00).**

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo determinato
Durata contratto: 6 mesi

Retribuzione: €25.000,00 - €27.000,00 all'anno
