Mission:
- Manage multiple activities related to the development of product marketing on the foreign market;
- In collaboration with the Communication function, develop the sales of products and solutions for all the brands of the group, through appropriate marketing actions and training and information activities for distributors.
Main activities:
- Carry out marketing actions to support training and information for distributors through training, webinars, conferences or other initiatives to support the business;
- Review and develop all marketing materials for use by the sales team and distributors;
- Develop promotional campaigns and product launches;
- Redefine business development strategies to achieve the defined objectives and identify possible improvements in view of raising sales objectives;
- Maintain relationships and provide backup support to BLMs and SAMs, and to technical support;
- Update the prices of new products and implement updates on APPs;
- Write newsletter articles, success stories and white papers;
- Target specific market segments;
- Structure reports to support distributors;
- Collect and analyze competitor information to support the sales force;
- Always promote a positive customer oriented attitude with the spirit of "there is always a better way" to do things.
**Required Skills**:
- Practical knowledge of computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint ), etc;
- Experience in SAP is a plus;
- Commercial background, preferably in indirect channels;
- Solid background in product development and supplier relations;
- Fluency in English;
- Good autonomy skills;
- Team working;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Good analytical skills, problem solving and attention to detail;
- Flexibility and adaptability.
