The Panel Management team is in charge of all the daily activities related to the Auditel Panel’s management, composed by 16.000 families, spread around Italy:

- New families recruitment
- Balance of the panel
- Post delivery quality control activities
- Relationship with panelists
- Churn management

**ABOUT THIS JOB**

Telephone contacts with selected families to propose them to become part of the Auditel Panel (recruitment phase)

Telephone contacts with the panelists, in other words, the families already into the panel (maintenance phase):

- To check any anomalies of our equipment
- To verify the personal data and technological equipment everything concerning the relationship and loyalty of the panelists

The activity is very dynamic and involves the use of special tools that allow you to do contacts and enter and control data.

**SKILLS**:

- Excellent communication skills and predisposition to telephone contact
- Strong ability to understand the personality of the interlocutor in order to formulate the proposal, to enter into the panel, in the most appropriate and tempting way possible
- Ability to respond to the needs of panelists in a timely and accurate manner
- Active participation in promoting new forms of communication
- Aptitude for teamwork
- Fair knowledge of the office / google package
- Participation in a ‘’communication course’’ is welcome
- Knowledge of the English language is appreciated

**WORK SCHEDULE**:

- 4 hours per day, from Monday to Friday.
- Shift on alternate weeks in the following ways: - A week: from 11.40 to 15.40- B week 16.35 to 20.35
