**Scopo e attività**:
Siamo alla ricerca di persone motivate da inserire nel team di Cybersecurity & Business Continuity Management and Crisis Management, al fine di:

- Assicurare il coordinamento delle Situazioni di Emergenza attivando volta per volta le funzioni aziendali competenti e assicurando, per gli ambiti di competenza, gli adempimenti normativi e regolamentari
- Assicurare per l’ambito di competenza, il presidio delle relazioni con gli organismi di vigilanza e gli enti istituzionali, garantendo informativa e coinvolgimento delle funzioni aziendali di controllo per gli aspetti di competenza.
- Coordinare l’analisi degli impatti causati dagli eventi critici per la continuità operativa in qualità di Struttura deputata al governo delle Emergenze di natura Cyber e Operativa
- Supportare ed assistere gli Information Security Officer di società italiane/estere del Gruppo, a fronte di specifiche esigenze legate al processo di gestione delle situazioni di Emergenzai natura Cyber e Operativa
- Implementare il Modello di Business Resilience al contesto normativo di settore e al contesto operativo
- Definire il Piano di Verifiche in ambito Business Resilience per testare il corretto svolgimento dei processi e l’efficace funzionamento dei presidi che garantiscono la resilienza del Gruppo;
- Manutenere ed evolvere il Perimetro di continuità del gruppo in linea con le esigenze normative del Settore
- Manutenere ed evolvere gli strumenti a supporto per l’esecuzione delle attività in ambito Business Continuity
- Supportare le funzioni e le strutture del Gruppo on-demand

**Esperienza richiesta**:
2+ anni di esperienza in ambito Cybersecurity, preferibilmente in ambito Finance

**Qualifiche richieste, Skills e Competenze**:

- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e orale - Conoscenza di tematiche e processi di cybersecurity specificatamente agli ambiti di Business Continuity e Crisis Management - Conoscenza delle tematiche di budget e di contabilità - Ottima padronanza degli strumenti Excel e PowerPoint - Capacità comunicativa e relazionale con persone appartenenti a strutture nell'ambito Cybersecurity e non con livelli di seniority differenti;
- Spiccate capacità di reporting. Costituisce titolo preferenziale il conseguimento di certificazioni in ambito Cybersecurity quali ad esempio: ISO 27001, ISO 22301 e CSX Fundamentals.
