**Major Account Manager - Service Provider**

Location: Roma, Italy

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Juniper is looking for a sales professional to be responsible for the development of business relationships and consequential revenue with Telecom Italia named account in Italy.
- Develop strong executive relationship with key Telecom Italia buyers and influencers and leverage these during the sales process
- Meet the quarterly quota
- Lead opportunities, quota attainment, sales presentations, short-term, mid-term, and long-term opportunity management
- This individual will work with marketing, SEs and partner account managers
- Engage resources, including the BU's to drive sales success
- Provide accurate and timely forecasts to sales management
- Position end-to-end solutions and articulate Juniper strategies to senior customer executives
- Present and sell at the highest levels - Executives, IT Management, and other Decision-Makers
- Relationship management skills that translate into identifying decision-makers and influencers

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Minimum 6-8 years’ experience on networking sales to Service Providers in Italy is desirable in addition to a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- Sales Experience with Telecom Italia is a plus.
- Exceeding quota sales experience, selling networking solutions directly to Telco & Service Providers Market in Italy
- A consistent track record of quota achievement
- Experience in closing large deals.
- Executive selling skills required, to include various Network and IT Directors and other key Decision-Makers and Economic Buyers
- Understanding of Telco industry, network architectures and terminology.
- Strong Interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a diverse, multicultural team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work efficiently on multiple projects and under pressure.
- Excellent business acumen.
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing).
- Fluent in Italian (speaking, reading and writing).
