Il/la Writer è una figura che fa parte del reparto creativo, responsabile diretta della creazione dei contenuti per il cliente/i clienti a cui viene assegnata. Contribuisce in maniera sostanziale alla definizione della strategia editoriale, lavora all’ideazione dei contenuti dal loro sviluppo creativo fino alla pianificazione e distribuzione. Si occupa dell’interazione quotidiana con le community sui diversi canali presidiati dal brand. Creatività, curiosità e proattività sono le doti essenziali di questa figura.

**Le aree di responsabilità**

Sarai responsabile dell’ideazione, produzione e pianificazione dei contenuti editoriali. Lavorerai a riporto dell’editor e, nel caso di campagne creative, dei creativi senior/supervisor coinvolti. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con gli art director, i content specialist e il team client service.
Il tuo specialismo social, come prerequisito e come competenza da sostenere e arricchire nel tempo, sarà fondamentale per coinvolgere un target soprattutto GenZ attraverso contenuti che parlino di musica in modo innovativo e rilevante.

**Ti occuperai soprattutto di**:

- Partecipazione alla definizione della strategia editoriale
- Ideazione e sviluppo dei contenuti
- Interaction strategy
- Ideazione e sviluppo di progetti editoriali (podcast, live, etc)
- Collaborazione continuativa con le altre figure del team creativo
- Allineamento costante con i referenti Creativi e Client Service

**Requirements**:
**Tratti fondamentali**:

- Da 1 a 4 anni di esperienza maturati prevalentemente in agenzie creative o in contesti editoriali affini.
- Passione spiccata per lo scenario musicale contemporaneo italiano e internazionale
- Profonda dimestichezza con le community di riferimento per la gen Z e i linguaggi che le contraddistinguono
- Curiosità nel cercare nuovi formati e linguaggi creativi
- Conoscenza dei trend di comunicazione in ambito Social Media
- Capacità di sperimentare e di adattare i messaggi a differenti audience
- Capacità di creare nuovi contenuti
- Stesura testi, articoli e traduzioni
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
