- How you will contribute?_
- Affiancamento nelle attività di assunzione e onboarding nel rispetto delle policies aziendali;
- Aggiornamento e monitoraggio dei dati e dei processi HR all’interno del sistema gestionale (Workday);
- Affiancamento all’HR Senior Manager supportando i Managers delle diverse Business Units;
- Supporto nei processi di Performance e Salary Review, gestione del contenzioso e delle Relazioni Industriali;
- Interfaccia con i partner esterni (Agenzie del lavoro, Istituti Tecnici, Università ecc.)
- Who you are?_
- Laurea in Materie Umanistiche, Discipline Economiche e/o Master in People Management;
- Esperienza lavorativa nel ruolo di 3/4 anni in aziende strutturate;
- Buone competenze informatiche e conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare PowerPoint ed Excel);
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata;
- Serietà e responsabilità nella gestione di dati sensibili e riservati;
- Ottime capacità relazionali e di lavoro in team;
- Precisione, flessibilità e buone doti comunicative;
- Propensione al lavoro in realtà aziendali strutturate e dinamiche.
