**The Lodge Club Manager Position**

Are you an accomplished leader with a passion for the nightlife industry? We are currently seeking an expert Manager for The Lodge Club to assume a key role in our dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Personnel Acquisition and Development.
- Leading the selection, training, and management of our dynamic team.
- Overseeing the selection and coordination of entertainment, including musical groups and DJs.
- Supply Chain and Financial Management.
- Ensuring smooth inventory management and cultivating strong relationships with suppliers.
- Supervising billing processes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring financial compliance.
- Strategic Marketing.
- Manage advertising, event planning, and promotions to enhance our market presence.
- Customer-Centric Approach
- Implementing customer service policies and staff training to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Addressing issues promptly, providing effective solutions to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Compliance and Safety Leadership.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Demonstrating strong leadership, problem-solving, and motivational skills.
- Engaging effectively with customers, staff, and external partners to foster positive interactions.

- Managing staff schedules, supplies, and overall operations with efficiency.

**Industry Expertise**:

- Possesses a minimum of 7 years of experience in the food and beverage sector, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Cultivate a Positive Company Culture.
- Prioritize staff satisfaction and minimize turnover to enhance workplace harmony.
- Focus on creating memorable atmospheres, outstanding service, and unforgettable entertainment.
- Invest in Ongoing Staff Development
- Regularly update and cross-train staff to maintain a skilled and adaptable team.

**Principali Responsabilità**:

- Acquisizione e Sviluppo del Personale.
- Guida alla selezione, formazione e gestione del nostro team dinamico.
- Supervisiona la selezione e il coordinamento dell'intrattenimento, inclusi gruppi musicali e DJ.
- Gestione della Catena di Approvvigionamento e Finanziaria.
- Garantire una gestione senza intoppi dell'inventario e coltivare solide relazioni con i fornitori.
- Supervisionare i processi di fatturazione, mantenendo registri accurati e garantendo la conformità finanziaria.
- Marketing Strategico.
- Gestisce pubblicità, pianificazione eventi e promozioni per elevare la nostra presenza sul mercato.
- Approccio Centrato sul Cliente
- Implementa politiche di servizio clienti e formazione del personale per garantire un'esperienza eccezionale ai clienti.
- Affronta prontamente eventuali problematiche, fornendo soluzioni efficaci per massimizzare la soddisfazione del cliente.
- Leadership per la Conformità e la Sicurezza

**Competenza nel Settore**:

- Possedere almeno 7 anni di esperienza nel settore food and beverage, con almeno 2 anni in un ruolo manageriale.
- Fluente in inglese e italiano.

- Priorità alla soddisfazione del personale e riduzione del turnover per migliorare l'armonia sul luogo di lavoro.
