ProfiMed Srl, azienda cosmetica leader nella produzione di filo interdentale, cerca un:
R&D Manager - Responsabile Ricerca e Sviluppo

La risorsa si occuperà di:

- Realizzazione di campionature e testing
- Sviluppo nuovi prodotti, gestire collaborazioni con fornitori e laboratori esterni
- Validazione processi di produzione e ottimizzazione processi preesistenti
- Collaborare con il reparto commerciale per sviluppare specifiche per nuovi prodotti in linea con le esigenze dei clienti
- Condurre ricerche regolatorie per identificare potenziali problemi nella composizione dei nuovi prodotti
- Comunicare con fornitori o venditori per identificare nuove possibili materie prime per la produzione
- Collaborare con i reparti di produzione per eseguire prove su impianti industriali
- Mantenere registri dettagliati di tutte le attività legate ai progetti.

Si offre contratto diretto in azienda e RAL commisurata alla reale esperienza.

Desideriamo entrare in contatto con persone motivate e con esperienza, possibilmente che arrivano dal settore cosmetico/farmaceutico.

E' prevista la formazione continua e interessanti prospettive di crescita.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo indeterminato

Stipendio: Fino a €45.000,00 all'anno
