**Attività principali**:

- Ti occuperai del servizio post vendita da remoto, tramite mail e telefono;
- Fornirai un supporto tecnico di alta qualità ai clienti, individuando le soluzioni più adatte grazie alle competenze che acquisirai sui prodotti VELUX;
- Supporterai i tecnici presenti sul territorio;
- Gestirai tutte le fasi di registrazione sul sistema gestionale informatico necessarie per la corretta evasione delle assistenze (analisi delle richieste, inserimento ordini di ricambi, rendicontazione periodica);
- Diploma tecnico o laurea breve in ingegneria o esperienza equivalente in ambito supporto tecnico;
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata);
- Capacità di relazione e comunicazione con interlocutori differenti, autonomia e proattività
- Attenzione al dettaglio e senso delle priorità;
- Capacità di lavorare in team;
