The VELUX Group has embarked on an exciting new journey with the aim of bringing even greater value to our B2C customers and end-users. We have the desire to transform pepole’s homes by adding daylight and fresh air designs into their renovation or remodeling projects. By advising and guiding our customers virtually and personally on VELUX opportunities and designs, we will contribute to their dream project and act as their preferred sparring partner from initial thought until final installation.

To make this happen, we are currently building a team of skilled, service oriented and technically well-founded **Interior/Exterior Design Advisors **, and this is now your chance to join us and make the dreams of our customers come true.

**Your challenges**

More specifically, you will.
- Listen and gather information from customers to understand their design needs and key drivers of their project(s)
- Ensure holistic understanding of the project; e.g. construction requirements, visual and aesthetic desires, functional needs and the budget and economics
- Inspire and educate our customers on daylight designs and product guidance and proactively provide sparring and advise
- Recommend the best design solution based on your insight and knowledge of the project and needs.

**Your qualifications**

You enjoy providing quality and efficient service to customers. If you are interested in consulting in the areas of interior design, architecture, or similar, then this position is for you
Your attention to detail and respect for deadlines make you a trusted person to follow up on our clients' projects.

In addition, you:

- Are experienced in providing technical or design advisory related to home-improvement, e.g. as kitchen design advisor, interior design advisor, architectural building design advisor or similar
- Hold a sales-mindset and an ability to ensure that customers are getting the solution that is right for them
- Hold well-developed questioning techniques to ensure in-depth understanding of customer needs
- Are curious and excited to learn about our product portfolios and offerings
- Have solid IT-skills and experience in CRM-systems
- Speak and write English at a professional level
