**Global Lead Generation Internship | Milan**
For our **Global Headquarters in Milan, **Amplifon is looking for an enthusiastic person to join our **Lead Generation Team**. As an intern, you'll be at the forefront of our digital marketing efforts, driving creative operations and organic post planning.**Does the opportunity sound interesting to you?**This internship offers you a hands-on opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of digital marketing, refining your skills and gaining valuable project management experience. You'll play a pivotal role in supporting and coordinating our Lead Generation activities across 10+ countries, working alongside a diverse and talented team.As a member of our Lead Generation team, you will learn to excel in digital performances, meticulously analyze data, and master social media platforms. - Lead creative operations to engage our audience authentically, leveraging a mix of traditional creative agencies and advanced AI tools.
- Plan and execute our organic post strategy to foster genuine connections with our audience.
- Contribute to landing page development, with opportunities for on-the-job learning and growth.
- Analyze creative performance to optimize content impact and effectiveness.
- Collaborate on funnel optimization strategies to drive conversions and maximize ROI.
- Join a dynamic, supportive team and bring your collaborative spirit to the table.

**You are the right person if you**:

- Are a recent graduate in Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Have excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Bring grit and determination to push projects forward in a goal-oriented team environment.
- Have curiosity, enthusiasm, and a hunger for learning.
