La divisione Beyond di ManpowerGroup, specializzata in ricerca&selezione di personale beneficiario di Legge 68/99, ricerca per importante e strutturata azienda del settore aerospace una valida risorsa da inserire come:

SERVICE PROJECT MANAGER appartenente alle Categorie Protette L.68/99
L'SPM risponderà direttamente al Responsabile del Servizio Operativo e si occuperà di:

- È responsabile dei progetti dei clienti nel campo delle soluzioni per la mobilità dello spazio aereo, garantendone la soddisfazione
- Monitora le performance del progetto attraverso indicatori rilevanti
- Ha piena esposizione internazionale, gestendo clienti internazionali in ambienti multi-fornitori

Inoltre:

- Garantirà tutta la pianificazione, l'esecuzione e l'accettazione necessarie durante l'esecuzione del progetto
- Monitora e aggiorna lo stato delle vendite del progetto, dei costi di previsione delle vendite e dei tempi
- Gestisce le richieste dei clienti e delle modifiche contrattuali fino alla chiusura

L'assunzione sarà diretta in azienda con contratto a tempo indeterminato - RAL e inquadramento commisurati rispetto all'attuale inquadramento delle risorse.

***Requisiti**
- Laurea in ingegneria o certificazione equivalente (Certificazione PMI/PMP project manager o equivalente) - Minima esperienza nel ruolo - Buona conoscenza dell'amministrazione aziendale, della gestione dei contratti e della gestione dei fornitori. - Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, parlata e scritta. - Ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office e di Excel - Orientamento al cliente, capacità comunicative e commerciali - Requisiti di appartenenza alle Categorie Protette L.68/99 Disponibilità a trasferte sarà un must.
