Job Description:
Il Customer Campaign Expert è inserito come Customer Journey Expert nella tribe Customer Interaction all'interno dell'organizzazione Agile di ING e collabora con altri esperti per raggiungere gli obiettivi della squad Campaign. Focus principale del Customer Campaign Expert è di gestire i vari aspetti delle campagne:
definizione del canale, selezione del target, meccanismi promozionali, analisi delle response, ecc. Affinché questo sia possibile, la chiave è una profonda conoscenza delle dinamiche delle campagne, delle analisi delle response e dei learning da trarre dalle precedenti azioni commerciali per applicarli a quelle future, accanto alla capacità di interfacciarsi con i differenti dipartimenti e ai vari livelli. Lui/lei deve avere una forte passione per gli analytics, attenzione al dettaglio e alla qualità riuscendo al tempo stesso a mantenere la visione di insieme, capacità di lavorare in team, avere una visione customer-centric con un forte commitment nel risolvere i problemi e guidare il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di business, interfacciandosi con le principali aree della banca. Key Responsibilities:
Garantire un’esecuzione eccellente delle campagne con un’eccellente organizzazione e prioritizzazione delle stesse:
responsabile della gestione delle attività di campaign management pianificate per i prodotti della banca con esecuzione di attività di generazione dei target, monitoraggio delle comunicazioni, analisi response e costi (se applicabile), presentazione dei risultati. Corretta pianificazione del piano campagne mantenendo sempre alta la qualità e la corretta implementazione. Responsabile della gestione della contact strategy gestendo in maniera proattiva le sovrapposizioni, l’ottimizzazione delle campagne e la contact pressure lato customer e lato interno. Responsabilità e autonomia nel rilasciare, sviluppare e mantenere nei tempi concordati la reportistica periodicae le analisi di response, garantendone un elevato livello di qualità, e la confrontabilità tra campagne. Responsabilità e autonomia nel pensare ad analisi ad hoc o gestire le richieste delle stesse dai differenti dipartimenti garantendo un elevato livello di qualità e fornendo concreti insights e raccomandazioni che guidino le proposte commerciali e di comunicazione. Proattività ed autonomia nel fornire chiare e precise indicazioni relative ai dati sia a fronte di analisi/campagne sia a fronte di nuovi sviluppi di strutture finalizzate alle analisi. Educational Qualifications:
Forte background analitico Laurea in Economia, Finanza, Statistica, Ingegneria, Matematica Technical, Language and other specialized skills:
Conoscenza di SAS o linguaggio di programmazione SQL Preferibile conoscenza di Campaign Management tool Preferibile conoscenza CRM e marketing campaign Preferibile conoscenza della suite Adobe (Analytics e Target) Comprensione e conoscenza di database e datawarehouse Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (soprattutto Excel e PowerPoint) Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (sia in scrittura che in lettura che nel parlato) Forti competenze analitiche, passione per i dati, rigore nelle analisi, precisione e scrupolosità nella gestione del dato Gestione dello stress:
capacità di gestire alti carichi di lavoro e di gestire punti di vista differenti delle diverse aree della banca Accountability e proattività:
si sente responsabile delle attività assegnate e del loro delivery nei tempi concordati con capacità di proporre anche approcci innovativi nelle analisi/attività Precisione:
scrupolosità nella gestione del dato Work Experience:
