**Brief Description**
We are looking for a motivated student / new graduate for a 6 months internship opportunity in the **Sales Team department, as part of a Strategy in Execution Team, **based in our Headquarter in Parma (Italy).

The internship will provide you with the opportunity to learn about the strategic levers of the in-store execution activities working on the data collection and implementation of new dashboards for the Region Italy sales team.
Besides being exposed to the day-to-day real business experience, you will:
- Monitor and analyse field sales data;
- Design and create tailored made dashboards to support Region Italy Sales Team;
- Support the Sales Team in the implementation and monitoring of the sales team incentives policy management.
**Key Activities**
- Work with Sales teams and Trade Marketing and Marketing team to identify and monitor KPI’s in store execution;
- Support in designing and implementing new Power-BI dashboards to facilitate KPI’s understanding;
- Engage and train Sales Teams in new analyses tools;
- Support in managing Sales Field Team Incentives process and management.
**Who we are looking for**
- 2nd year student of Masters’ degree OR newly graduated, in Trade Marketing, Business Management, Data Analytics for Business, Economics;
- Passion for analytics and strong numerical skills;
- Problem solving attitude;
- Out of the box mindset;
- Excellent academic grades;
- Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken;
- Study or work experience abroad is an advantage.
